Under Dr. Bonati’s leadership The Bonati Spine Institute is committed to the support of both local and national causes. On the national level, Dr. Bonati has founded Help for Wounded Warriors. Help for Wounded Warriors is an initiative of the Bonati Spine Institute, the world leader in advanced spine surgery. Its mission is to restore hope and a healing alternative to the thousands of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans suffering with pain from spine problems. Three-quarters of our veterans who are seeking help at VA pain clinics suffer from back pain, specifically lower back troubles. Yet treatments for these problems, are unavailable at over 80% of VA facilities and the VA is staffed with only one pain specialist for every 50,000 veteran patients.
Dr. Bonati understands the unique challenges to our veterans and is committed to offering a safe and gentle alternative delivered by a compassionate and professional team of surgeons and medical staff.
